Joseph was great to work with. We originally contacted a bank directly for a pre-approval and what they told us would take 3 weeks, Joseph got for us in hours. He would respond to our questions immediately, no matter the hour, and was always willing to hop on a call to walk us through the process.

Joe was excellent all the way through! He answered all of our tedious questions and had a very fast response rate! Joe did everything he could to always get us the best rate and he accomplished us that! Joe also made our closing process so smooth it only took 35 mins with the lawyers!!
