Joe went out of his way for my husband and I. We purchased our first home which was a foreclosure, it was complicated and tricky but he made it simple for us. He kept in touch with us twice a week, sometimes more often to make sure we were in the loop with all mortgage related needs. Joe made the whole process easy. He was there for any question i had and was always checking in along the way to make sure i was updated and aware of everything that was going on with the process.
