Josh deserve the world handed to him. I can honestly say at no point of the interaction did I feel stressful. Josh and his team made everything run smoothly. His team communicated well. I like to communicate via email and they did a great job responding. The first house fell through and I found another one which required me to close in less then 30 days and Josh made it happen even though there was things beyond his control. He worked hard to ensure that I closed! You can't go wrong hiring Josh!

We just bought our first house and we used Josh at CMG and the entire process was smooth and quick! When I first called I spoke with josh and he gave me a pre-approval that same day! I had spoken to 2 other lenders in the area, one took two weeks to call me back! And the other couldnt qualify us for as much as Josh did!
