Josh worked very hard to get us the best rate on our new home. He always kept in contact with us. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question during our process. If we couldn't get ahold of him and left a message, he called us back within an hour or two. Our relator was out of town for our closing and Josh came to our closing which made my husband and I feel alot more comfortable.

Josh was awesome to work with. Being a first time home buyer I was a bit lost, and when I thought things were looking bleak, Josh was there to reassure me that it would get done. He helped me with tips on getting my credit score up and was always responsive when I had questions. I will be moving into our new home in just over a week. I would highly recommend Josh.

My entire experience with Josh Hanly and Seth Joseph was extraordinary. They answered All of my questions and concerns immediately and with expert knowelege, patience and understanding. The process only took an astounding three weeks from the day I saw my new home to the day we closed. All others beware because as far as lenders and agents go these guys set the bar high. I will recommend them to everyone gladly.
