Very helpful throughout the process. Josh worked diligently on helping us get our interest rate lowered. Josh made sure that I understood all of the refinancing terminology. He went out of his way to ensure that all of our questions were answered and he never made us feel pressured while going through the refinancing process.
Josh is the man! He helped me with the purchase of my personal home when a few other lenders said it wouldn't be possible in my current situation. He went the extra mile to get me qualified for the loan to fit my needs. He also helped me with a loan for my investment property. He is quick to answer emails and text messages and even works on weekends. I highly recommend him.
