Can't say enough about Josh. Super helpful, very knowledgeable, a great guy to work with. Him and his team did a fantastic job. I was a first time home buyer, and they walked me through all of the steps. Very appreciative to have had them on my side.

We loved working with Josh. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He reached out to us several times to let us know how things were progressing on his end and to make sure all our questions were answered.Even the escrow officer at closing remarked about how she's always happy to work with Josh and his team, because she knows the paperwork will be in order! I have no reservations recommending Josh.

Could not have had a better experience. He went out of his way working weekends to get us pre approved! And helped us get all of the paperwork done as painlessly as possible. And he got us a great rate!!!! Definitely recommend!

As a first time home buyer Josh was the best person I could have worked with during this process. He was always available to answer any question I ever had no matter how small or silly. He was in the hospital one time and still managed to text me about a question I had. You can't ask for better support than that. I will definitely use Josh again.

We had a great experience overall, quick loan approval best APR ever. There was a delay in our closing date due to a miscommunication between parties but nothing that couldn't be overcome. Josh was the key to get us our forever home and we cannot thank him enough. Trust him entirely :)
