Josh was great to work with throughout the entire process. He and his assistant, Olga, kept me informed of everything I would need to provide in order for the loan to close. He was proactive in making sure we took care of everything and was always available when I called / emailed. His response time was great! The first time I met Josh Hanly was over the phone.I knew Josh could help me become a homeowner once I was preapproved. For several weeks to come I just sit back and let him deal with the lender part of it because I became a believer in him getting me qualified. As first time home buyers, Josh was very responsive to all of our questions when we were making a lender decision. He even went above and beyond to return our calls after hours and follow up in a timely manner. Great service did not end there though. Josh and his team were able to help us meet our closing date (30 days or less) with little issue and lots of communication. Definitely recommend!
