Knowledgable and committed to provide good loans to customer. Very good with response to e-mails but needs to be better at returning phone calls. Overall very satisfied.
We were referred to Josh by our realtor. The process of filling out the initial loan application online was easy and quick. We filled out the application at night and Josh responded the next morning and was already processing our information. Josh and his team kept us up to date throughout the entire purchasing period and made sure help us keep the process moving smoothly. The loan was approved on time and closing was as scheduled.
