Josh and his team made the entire process smooth and painless. Was a pleasure working with them. a site was set up with a check off list, as each item was down loaded the site would show complete on that item.
Josh helped us so very much, from the first time we spoke to the final words of thanks after closing. He set us up with the correct mortgage we needed at first (secondary home market) to what we wanted when we finally sold our previous home in MA and he changed our mortgage to a primary home mortgage and saved us a LOAD of money. Always available to talk with, email with or text with.
