I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh Epps and his team. While Josh was my main point of contact his whole team was available for questions at any time. They worked together to help get me through the mortgage process for buying my first home! I think what I liked most was that I could call him at any time with any questions and he always had an answer. As well, he provided great guidance and direction throughout the whole process! Josh went above and beyond to help me close on time. He also helped me receive a grant for being a first time home buyer! He kept me informed from start to finish and was never too busy to answer even the smallest question. I wouldn’t use any other lender other than Josh at Guaranteed Rate!

Their staff was very helpful and provide all information in a timely manner. They worked with me on a very competitive interest rate. Their staff kept me up to date as to the progress of the loan. They answered every question I had and explained all information in detail.
