Josh was great thoughout the entire process. Told me exactly what I needed and exactly what i needed to do in order to get approved for the loan I wanted. From beginning to end, Josh was there to answer every question i had.

Joshua Epps was our lender and did a wonderful job. We needed to obtain our loan quickly and he came thru for us. We had some delays due to Hurricane Florence and he worked hard to get everything completed. I don't think another lender would have done as much as he did for us. Excellent job by him and his entire staff.
