We just closed on a house with guaranteed rate this week. Joshua and his team were extremely helpful and patient. We are not very computer savvy and Joshua and his team walked us through all the steps. They even answer questions on the weekend!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Joshua Epps was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. He found us a fantastic rate for our recent new construction. Joshua and his team were on top of everything, all the way. They helped us to quickly overcome a handful of obstacles that popped up along the way.
I was in a panic because my original lender fail through, but Joshua put me at ease walk me through the process and closed on schedule (9 days later) Joshua and his team is AWESOME!!! I would use them again in a heart beat!! Thank you Joshua!!!!
