Joshua Epps was our lender and did a wonderful job. We needed to obtain our loan quickly and he came thru for us. We had some delays due to Hurricane Florence and he worked hard to get everything completed. I don't think another lender would have done as much as he did for us. Excellent job by him and his entire staff.
Josh was so helpful through this entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend him - you will not be disappointed!
