Josh and his team were able to beat other lenders rates, as well as facilitate a home buying experience that was clean and easy. Josh promptly answered all questions I had, and was easy to work with even while I was out of the state for the majority of the process. Would definitely recommend.
Joshua Epps was our lender and did a wonderful job. We needed to obtain our loan quickly and he came thru for us. We had some delays due to Hurricane Florence and he worked hard to get everything completed. I don't think another lender would have done as much as he did for us. Excellent job by him and his entire staff.
