From getting a pre-approved letter to 45 days closing. It was fast. I have heard many times people saying that it took other lenders so long to close a loan, not my wife and I. It took very little time with Guanteed Rate. Excelent service.

Josh helped us from the start! Even going to class he made sure someone got back with us. We were purchasing a home out of state and Josh got us preapproved so when we did find a house we liked we could go ahead and put a contract on it knowing where our dollar limits stood.
