I needed to sell my current house and purchase my new house immediately and Joshua made that happen. He was very professional, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made the process simple. Him and his team worked very hard to make sure myself and my 2 year old closed by a certain date to be able to get into our new house. They were able get my loan closed in 16 DAYS!!!!! WOW! Josh helped us from the start! Even going to class he made sure someone got back with us. We were purchasing a home out of state and Josh got us preapproved so when we did find a house we liked we could go ahead and put a contract on it knowing where our dollar limits stood.
