Joshua provided excellent service right from the start. I was in a pinch time wise to get approval and he stayed on phone with me after hours to expedite the process.

This broker was able to shop my high credit rating and get me a better rate than other lending agents were offering. I would recommend that you contact them for a quote before choosing another agent.

Josh is very knowable about the loan products that were available to me and the best interest rates. Josh kept me informed on the interest rates and when I should consider locking the rate as they were rising. Josh helped make my transition from Maryland to Conway S.C. as stress free as possible when it comes to a mortgage and with no hidden fees that weren't expected and closed the mortgage early as I wanted to when the house was complete.. Joshua Epps and Guaranteed Rate was the easiest and most efficient team we have ever worked with for a financial transaction. We relocated to SC from Maine which would seem to make everything more difficult but Joshua stayed right on top of everything to make sure nothing fell through the cracks.
