Joshua was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the loan process. His availability was constant and very efficient through out the loan process. He saved us thousands of dollars by increasing our understanding and knowledge between a 7 and 15 year loan.
Josh was easy to work with and handled all the detail as I was out of town. He made the process very easy and we closed within 60 days. I would use him again.
I have recommend Josh Epps to everyone I have met interested in purchasing or building their new home. JOSH is very professional. Even called me back at 8:00pm on a friday night when I had questions concerning our new home mortgage. I couldn't have ask for smooth and easy process to purchasing our new home. To top it off, after shopping around several banks and mortgage brokers , BB&T has the lowest closing cost in the Myrtle Beach area.
The best mortgage application process I've ever experienced, Extremely quick. All calls were taken or returned immediately. Everything was done correctly the first time. Extremely friendly and helpful, We could not have asked for a better process
I was so happy with my experience with Josh Epps and B.B.&T during the entire lending process. Josh was completely upfront and realistic. He made sure not to put me in a house I couldn't afford. He is extremely efficient and had my mortgage processed soup to nuts in 2 weeks!! Josh was available day and night and weekends as well for any questions I had. I would highly recommend him and. BB&T to anyone needing a mortgage.
If there is anything negative I could potentially say it is Josh and his team at BB&T work too hard. They worked around issues that arose due to no fault of their own. They worked and communicated promptly. They were beyond efficient and nice. And, they got us the best interest rate. Cannot say enough nice about them.
Working with Joshua was a pleasant experience. He was courteous and very professional. He kept me updated on the loan process throughout it's entirety. He was knowledgeable and available often for any questions that I had. I have recommended him to friends and family members.
Joshua and his team was available from day one to day of closing what appeared to be 24/7. Excellent customer service and will call on him again in the future without a doubt. This was a second vacation home purchase out of state and the process was easy and we had almost daily interaction
