Mr. Epps was very helpful in making our loan process run smoothly. He was easily reached by phone or email. His response time was awesome. He was very helpful in letting us know what documents that we needed to gather to get our loan started. We had a certain date that we wanted to close and he help make it happen.

Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. A few house contracts fell through, and I had several changes during the process, and Josh was patient and helpful throughout. He always returned calls and messages and was there to answer any and all questions. I would recommend Josh Epps without reservation to anyone looking for real estate mortgage assistance.

Josh was extremely diligent and helpful in closing my loan. I went to see him on June 1 and had a loan package on June 19. He is very professional and upfront about all fees, etc. Best service I've ever received and I have purchased over a dozen homes! I would recommend anyone needing a loan to call Josh.

My husband and I had started our new loan for our home with "our" bank. When we received some mix ups with that bank we decided to call Josh Epps. We had to start our loan process over from start. Josh was great during the process of purchasing our home. He is very knowledgeable and helpful! If you are looking for a lender, Josh is the one to use! He told us they would do all the heavy lifting to make the loan process as easy and quick as possible for us.
