Josh was extremely diligent and helpful in closing my loan. I went to see him on June 1 and had a loan package on June 19. He is very professional and upfront about all fees, etc. Best service I've ever received and I have purchased over a dozen homes! I would recommend anyone needing a loan to call Josh.

I had to jump through so many hoops to get this loan it was unbelievable . The loan did not close on time due to the constant need to submit more documentation . I have been self-employed for 24 years and have had a number of loans and for larger amounts of money that went smoothly . I would NEVER use the people again after all the aggravation they put me through to get this loan .

I also wish the necessity for updating Profit and Loss Statements for Self Employed borrowers as time elapsed wasn't a guideline. Sure would make our job easier. Not very good at communicating. Especially with regards to requirements. Also, answers his phone but then gets irritated when you ask questions regarding documentation.
