I had to jump through so many hoops to get this loan it was unbelievable . The loan did not close on time due to the constant need to submit more documentation . I have been self-employed for 24 years and have had a number of loans and for larger amounts of money that went smoothly . I would NEVER use the people again after all the aggravation they put me through to get this loan .
Not very good at communicating. Especially with regards to requirements. Also, answers his phone but then gets irritated when you ask questions regarding documentation.
