Josh was very good at communicating every little part of the mortgage process. He explained everything to me and was knowledgeable on his end. Communications was much appreciated during this process.
Immediately jumped into the business or getting my information and applications. Gave me a schedule/itinerary of how events would happen. He did what he said he would do! Gave the best consultation, best rate, and best service of any bank I approached.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were going through this application process long distance and it required lots of emails and phone conversations with Josh. He always made himself available to us as quickly as possible .
