Josh and Kara were fantastic. They were patient with me with all of my questions and stressing. It was difficult for me since this was the first time I bought a home completely on my own. Of course to add to it they are in SC and I am in PA. so there were tons of emails on my part. Could not have asked for anyone better. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Josh and Kara were so great, honestly. I shopped around for lenders and I decided to go with the best rate - and lucky for me, that was with Josh and Kara at BB&T. I've been through this process twice before (buying and selling) and let me tell you - working with them was a breath of fresh air. It all went so smoothly; everything was efficient and timely. Immediately jumped into the business or getting my information and applications. Gave me a schedule/itinerary of how events would happen. He did what he said he would do! Gave the best consultation, best rate, and best service of any bank I approached.
