Great experience. I would def recommend BBT. I was able to do nearly everything online to save time. Made the process very easy. They allow you to upload all the required documents ahead of time to prep for closing.

Josh was always ready and available to meet with me and answer any questions I had about my mortgage application. He always explained in detail the various forms required and the financial terms of the mortgage.Once he even called me when he was on the road in Texas during his Christmas vacation to answer a concern I had. I would highly recommend Josh Epps for mortgage needs.

Josh was absolutely wonderful from start to finish with my property purchase. I contacted a few banks for prequal letters and his was the fastest (and best rate) response of them all. He courteously stayed in contact to find out where I was in my purchase search and from the minute it was a 'go', he and his wonderful team guided me through the confusing waters of current property purchase. Making the move from CT to SC was, for me, a major change on many levels at once. Joshua and his BB&T team made the banking and mortgage aspect of that move as painless as possible. This was especially important to me because of the bewildering maze of changes in obtaining a mortgage since the last time I did that 3 decades ago. After calling the Myrtle Beach BB&T branch on Oak Street, my husband and I was quickly provided customer service by Mr. Joshua Epps. We had several questions concerning interest rates, the application process, pre-approval requirements, and concerns about the new mortgage guidelines. He was very patient in helping us concerning a unique situation that held up the closing for several months. The sellers were not aware that the home, after being sold, was still in probate. This caused the closing to be delayed for several month. Mr. Epps was very understanding and kept us informed of the progress. We are very satisfied and appreciative!
