I did not blindly select all 5's, Josh earned every one of them. As a first time buyer, there was a ton of stuff I didn't know. Josh answered every question (in words I could understand), and helped lower my anxiety. Very knowledgable, extremely responsive. A great experience overall.

Josh is thorough, detail oriented, and incredibly efficient. There were many times he would answer our texts late at night about our loan. If we have any more financial endeavors, he will be our guy! And he should be yours TOO!

Extremely helpful from the beginning of the loan process and followed through until completed. All questions I asked were most adequately responded to within a very reasonable period of time, usually within a few minutes. All in all, the loan process was very pleasant.

We were from out of state but Josh handled everything timely and with great care. He was able to move up our closing date and the entire mortgage transaction was able to be done electronically.

Great experience. I would def recommend BBT. I was able to do nearly everything online to save time. Made the process very easy. They allow you to upload all the required documents ahead of time to prep for closing.

Josh was always ready and available to meet with me and answer any questions I had about my mortgage application. He always explained in detail the various forms required and the financial terms of the mortgage.Once he even called me when he was on the road in Texas during his Christmas vacation to answer a concern I had. I would highly recommend Josh Epps for mortgage needs.
