I needed to close on a condo for my daughter to live in while she went to school. She was literally homeless crashing on friend's couches. Josh not only went well above and beyond to make sure this loan closed but through insane work effort pushed closing ahead 10 days. I ended up feeling like a new friend was looking out for me. Josh helped me purchase my first condo. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and made this happen in less then 30 days.
