Josh was great to work with. Very thorough with the preparations when we were doing the upfront applications. Was able to secure me a very competitive rate. In my situation, the closing had to be pushed back two weeks from the original date. Josh was right there to ensure that the loan application and other paperwork was updated and adjudicated. I did not blindly select all 5's, Josh earned every one of them. As a first time buyer, there was a ton of stuff I didn't know. Josh answered every question (in words I could understand), and helped lower my anxiety. Very knowledgable, extremely responsive. A great experience overall.

Josh is thorough, detail oriented, and incredibly efficient. There were many times he would answer our texts late at night about our loan. If we have any more financial endeavors, he will be our guy! And he should be yours TOO!
