Josh was great to work with. Very thorough with the preparations when we were doing the upfront applications. Was able to secure me a very competitive rate. In my situation, the closing had to be pushed back two weeks from the original date. Josh was right there to ensure that the loan application and other paperwork was updated and adjudicated.
