He was very patient in helping us concerning a unique situation that held up the closing for several months. The sellers were not aware that the home, after being sold, was still in probate. This caused the closing to be delayed for several month. Mr. Epps was very understanding and kept us informed of the progress. We are very satisfied and appreciative!

Joshua was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the mortgage process. He provided very specific explanation of necessary documentation and was quick to answer questions that arose. Even though there were several issues, our mortgage was completed and approved quickly. We would definitely recommend using his services and BB&T.

Josh did an excellent job helping me with my mortgage.He was very knowledgeable and explain things well.I had many questions regarding the HUD; but he took the time to explain it to me in detail.I had no issues at all it was a smooth process. From the moment I walked into Josh's office I was a priority. Josh was quick, very knowledgeable and friendly. We closed exactly on our closing date which is rare. Would use him over again. Have recommended him many times since our closing date.
