Making the move from CT to SC was, for me, a major change on many levels at once. Joshua and his BB&T team made the banking and mortgage aspect of that move as painless as possible. After calling the Myrtle Beach BB&T branch on Oak Street, my husband and I was quickly provided customer service by Mr. Joshua Epps. We had several questions concerning interest rates, the application process, pre-approval requirements, and concerns about the new mortgage guidelines. He was very patient in helping us concerning a unique situation that held up the closing for several months. The sellers were not aware that the home, after being sold, was still in probate. This caused the closing to be delayed for several month. Mr. Epps was very understanding and kept us informed of the progress. We are very satisfied and appreciative!

Joshua was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the mortgage process. He provided very specific explanation of necessary documentation and was quick to answer questions that arose.
