Jules is by far the best vet my family and I have ever been to. The amount of love and care they have had for our animals truly goes above and beyond. We've been going there for 20+ years and we've never had one complaint. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors, they are all AMAZING!
I really wish I could give this place 5 stars but I can't for one reason... The staff are all new. They have little to none training experience with animals. If you come here please ask for Bridget. She is amazing and definitely will help your pretty pet. They make you wait outside due to COVID but that's no excuse for them not to tell you what's happening with your pet. They also make you call from outside to confirm appointments meanwhile you're stuck in your car waiting for the brand new receptionists to answer the phone.... read more
They always take care of my boy Ares super well and make sure he's taken care of to the best!! They always answer phone calls super quick and are very very kind to work with it's been an absolute pleasure as I've had many bad experiences with other vets. I've also sent in pictures with bumps or rashes and they answer my concerns properly and advise if I even need to bring him in or not or if I should just come in and buy a cream. Love these guys and will continue to bring my boy Ares here!! :)
Brought Mr. Gray in this morning and wow I LOVE this place! They got my cat in right away and were very knowledgeable. This place is clean and taken care of. The techs are all super nice and the doctors are caring and smart. I have been to many vets as I help a lot of stray/feral cats on my own. (I took 14 in for TNR this year and I'm not part of a rescue). This is now my go to whenever I can! I hope they can open back up on the weekends. Thank you so much!
I am over the moon happy and impressed with Jules Vet Center. I've always known about them but always heard they were pricey so we just always kinda steered elsewhere. Although, after the immense amount of support we received from them yesterday, my fiancé and I looked at each other and both said we should have been going here all along. We've been going to Jules for a short time. We did chose them when our dog and cat got sick and they were so calm, patient and very nice. I've now chosen them for our new puppy. They are expensive, but the care and treatment is worth it.
I love the staff here I bring both my dogs here and it's where I feel the safest to bring them ! The staff is always super pleasant and informative as well I feel like they are always going above and beyond for your experience there! Highly recommend
Kind, compassionate, and responsive - that is how I describe the staff here. I searched all over Stockton for a vet with a same day appointment who could treat my dog. All of them were booked for days to a month out. So I expanded my search to surrounding cities. Jules Veterinary Center was the only one willing to see my dog that same day on an emergency basis.
