Get directionsNo service, they just look at you and walk around aimlessly, talking to peers instead of checking in with customers.
Food was good but we went late and staff didn't care too much for the customers instead they stood around and chatted like they were in high school.
I have liked the food here and especially some of the staff. Yesterday was a final awakening. Two clubs were $50 plus with tip. We tip well. Had to get more sauce for sandwich and charged $1 for a dry sandwich. Wow we are required to pay for condiments. They know we are regulars. 6-7 staff at 3pm for 1-2 customers meant people were not busy. Had to flag staff 2-3 times to get attention. I want to see staff paid for their performance. Something is out of balance here. I can get a salt grass meal for about the ... read more
The worst excuse for the word "Deli". I really don't do these types of reviews anymore but I am doing this review as a service for y'all to seek out a good deli. I am using the word "good" for a reason. In this area, we actually have a good deli. Tony's Italian Delicatessen, is very good and with 2 locations nearby, we can all do a collective pass on the lunch meat and dishwater that they serve at Katz's. No, it's NOT the same Katz's that we've all seen in When Harry Met Sally. That's the original Katz's on Houston Str... read more
Manager does not care about the customers. No quickness to resolve issues. Sat for 5 minutes with no action. Not sure how they stay in business.
I apologize to anyone that has been to Katz's delicatessen in New York for thinking that Katz's deli in the Woodlands is anything like that. My husband asked for an espresso they didn't have it. Not a big deal. She said we have nitro and he said I'll have that. And she said we don't have that right now. Not a big deal got a cup of coffee. Waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and she kept saying his coffee was coming. What delicatessen that's open 24 seven doesn't have coffee already brewed? The 24 seven breakfast menu is l... read more
To use the name Katz's is a huge disrespect for the true Katz's Delicatessen in New York City. This is an outrageously, overly priced, and under promising experience... First, the macaroni and cheese was very greasy, and tasted like a bum made it, in the back of the restroom at the local Walmart... Secondly, the rye bread tasted like it was several days old and no flavor whatsoever... And let's not forget about the meat that was on this ridiculous looking atrocious sandwich... The corned beef was drier than a piece of l... read more
Several issues. Undercooked potatoes. The salmon Beni hollandaise sauce was nasty The corn beef sandwich was gross. Meat wasn't fresh Should have listened to our kids and saved a trip
Just trash! Just plain trash! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We patiently wait to be seated and once seated we are immediately greeted with the fact that they are out of bread. How the hell do you never close and half the menu is sandwiches and you are out of bread. Then we patiently waited for our food and jr got worse. Waffle sandwich comes out cold. It's disgusting taking a bite of cold egg, bacon and cheese. Then my cup of broccoli cheddar soup was forgotten waiter comes back and said it came out fresh. I take a spo... read more
