I was told it wasn’t an issue and it would be 45mins. An hour and a half later I get a call on my phone that my car was finished, I was sitting in the service lobby the entire time. Made appointment at 7:30 came to drop off car only to find service didn’t open til 8, Coworker was picking me up, but I didn’t leave car as I was not confident that I even had appointment. "The website to sign up for service is terrible. I've been..." The website to sign up for service is terrible. I've been there before, but it I stop couldn't log in. Everything time I tried, it told me that I had to have cookies enabled. When I used the chat box, the person on the other end didn't know anything about the service department or the website.
"warranty drivers seat motor replacement" Awesome service, dropped it off in the morning and they had a loaner car for us for the day, Went back and picked up our Rogue that afternoon. Will definetely check with this dealership in the future when we are looking to buy again or if we need any further service
"I’m not sure how standing water could get into the floor..." I’m not sure how standing water could get into the floor of my Nissan Rogue and not have a way to drain out, but this is what they told me. It cost over $600 to repair an item that they did not have in stock so they had to repair the existing damaged part. I worked with 2 different people in service. I really didn’t understand the issue at all. I was not thrilled with the whole situation, although it seems fine now.
