This dealership and service gives terrible care to their customers and car . I only went back because of a warranty and they “couldn’t find time” to look after I made an appointment online 8am and dropped the car off the night before
They were pleasant when I leased my vehicle but Rose crumpled my temp tag when I said I didn't need the ken ganley plate holder because I had Michael Stanley plates. Guess they were pissed cuz I purchased the vehicle. Rose kept telling me I don't get paid to do these buy outs. Contacted management but nothing came of it. Not even an apology.

"Horrible personality and totally not interested in..." Horrible personality and totally not interested in helping us. We wanted to finance with Nissan Financial and she want us to finance with someone else and when we said no we want Nissan Financial she handed our papers back and said she would not help us. Unbelievable! I have had businesses all my life and purchased many cars and she was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. If she worked for me she'd be looking for another job.
