We wanted to finance with Nissan Financial and she want us to finance with someone else and when we said no we want Nissan Financial she handed our papers back and said she would not help us. Unbelievable! I have had businesses all my life and purchased many cars and she was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. If she worked for me she'd be looking for another job.

I was told it wasn’t an issue and it would be 45mins. An hour and a half later I get a call on my phone that my car was finished, I was sitting in the service lobby the entire time.
