Due to computer traing things were a bit chaotic. In general, the front desk staff do not greet patients (I've noticed this in many visits), but technicians have been courteous.
Your team is excellent. I happened to have an appointment when your new system was being implemented so that slowed things down.
keep doing what you are doing - always happy with your office staff and my appointment.
without exception of any kind, the doctors and staff at Krestloff and Young Eye Associates are the consummate eye care professionals. I would not trust my eye care to any other eye care professionals.

My last visit was as expected. My wife had an emergency that was ignored by the secretary staff of your office. Dr Young was very upset when he became aware of her situation. She has been a patient at this office I am guessing 30 years and was told the doctor would call her back, he never did because he was unaware of the issue.
