I was not happy with my visit
The reason I come to this practice is because of the expertise of the doctors. However the wait time until you see the doctor is unacceptable. 10:40 appt for a field vision test , which was done at 11:20. Test takes 15 mins. I didn’t see the dr until 12:20 and left the office at 12:45. I didn’t have my eyes refracted bec I had a 1:00 appt elsewhere and just cdnt’t stay any longer.
Very poor scheduling- will never go back
I have been a patient of Dr. Young for a number of years. Usually, for my exam I see an assistant, and then Dr. Young. This time, there were two assistants, then my vision was checked by Dr. Levy, and she wrote my new prescription, and finally I saw Dr. Young, who checked me for cataracts and glaucoma. I was not told in advance that I would have my eyes checked by another doctor, rather than by Dr. Young. This is not what I expected, and I am very unhappy with this kind of treatment. The staff are pleasant. The doctors are great. I wish they could schedule better. The visit is very taxing. We will possibly change doctors only for that reason.
The visit with the health care professionals was flawless, but the wait time was unacceptable. Arriving at 3pm for a 315pm appointment and not being seen till 5pm is not realistic. My time is valuable and waiting for 2 hours shows no respect for my time.
I liked the change that had Dr Mullen visit prior to seeing Dr Young, avoiding a return to the crowded waiting room

When I set the appointment it was for a contact fitting. I did not find out until I was in the room that a fitting was not going to be done that day.
