WhenI walked in, I signed the clip board and sat down, there were five girls behind the counter. Two were having a conversation, one was on her cell phone. A few minutes later, the other two girls called me and my friend I recommended to your office up to the counter to register. I was just very unprofessional at the front desk for first impressions.

at least 40 minute wait after drops had been given. Expected a call the next day, Thurs, Jan. 14, 2016 to schedule surgery - have not heard yet.

Was there for an exam and glasses script. I only received a computer printout of my prescription and not a New Jersey accepted bar code script. I had to return to obtain the needed script.

I have never waited as long as I did yesterday at your office. If someone had just explained to me that the doctor was running late that would have helped but no one offered any information until I finally had to go up to the desk twice (once at 30 minutes past my appointment and then again at 45 minutes past). The woman at the desk did not apologize for the delay either time, however, the doctor did once I saw him.

Too much talking at the desk between employees. In this instance, it was regarding an employee who had recently left. I think the entire staff behind the front desk were all "buzzing" about this person. I thought is was unprofessional.

Obviously the new computer system is slowing things down. I understand this is not your fault. Change was required under the Affordable Care Act.

The call to remind of my appointment advised me to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment time (11:30). UGH! As a result I spent @ 3 hours (10:45 AM to 1:30 PM) to complete my eye appointment. In all of my past appointments I arrived on time for my appointment but still spent @ 1 hour or more waiting to start examination. I observed too much commotion in the waiting area & hallways, people standing, talking, etc. a lack of administrative organization. The eye examiner's area greatly added to the problem. appt. time 8:30 am waited too long to be seen then dr. said wait in lobby 20 minutes for dilation and waited another 45 minutes...
