New service: Short written explanation (perhaps a brochure) of what the numbers in the prescription signify.
Electronic prescription did not go thru. Had to call office to send it.
I was there for over two hours. Had it been quicker my rating would be higher
Give me my script directly. Do not make me get it from the optician. It is annoying to have to tell him you go somewhere else.
The tech who did the preliminaries had a bad cold and was sneezing and handling the equipment. She should have been wearing gloves for one thing and sneezing into a tissue.

Between getting there 20 minutes early as requested, and finally being taken to a room it was 1 hour and 10 minutes of wait time. Then having to wait for the Dr. and the drops to dilate my eyes, and then wait for the prescription it was almost 2 1/2 hours for the appointment. This is not acceptable, but has been the usual on my visits.
Waited to long to be seen. I understand you are using a new computer system but 45 min. is to long to wait for an appointment.
I don't like waiting 45 minutes after a scheduled appointment time - In fact I showed up at 12 noon 30 minutes early for my appointment. No one came up to me to inform me there would be a delay. I have to ask after 25 minutes
