I am always pleased and would always recommend family and friends to Dr. Young
I was asked to come 20 minutes before appointment for paperwork. I arrived 7:45 for an 8:00 am appt. Really took 5 minutes or less to update my financial info. That wait I did not mind, but did not appreciate the 25 minutes past my scheduled time. I requested the first appointment as I planned to go directly to work. I know you installed a new computer system but, I alone was there for 2 hrs plus was told to come 1/2 he early
My appt was for 11:30, told to arrive 15 minutes early since you had a new system. I arrived at 11:15, was checked in a few minutes after, then sat until 11:55, when I was taken back for measurements, etc, by the tech after which, I was asked to wait in the waiting area until the doctor was ready - about 15-20 minutes. Then the doctor saw me and put drops in, told me to wait in waiting room again about 20 minutes - it was over 50 (FIFTY) minutes until I was called back. I was told to come 20 minutes prior to my visit then I had to wait past my appt time.
Waited an hour to see Dr. Michael even though I was there 15 minutes ahead to fill out new info in system as requested. Consistently wait way way past appointment time as do my daughter and son. I love Dr. Michael but the office is enormously over scheduled. All the time.
My appointment was for 630 I was waiting for almost an hour you secretaries didn't even know if you take my insurance was wife said you guys were good I thought you people sucked I will never come back there again over booked under staffed I was never even seen
It would be nice if the Dr. Would look at you instead of being always on the computer . Please listen and look at your patients.
It took an inoridante amount of time to be checked in and to see the doctor.
