Fair The beds were terrible. The looked and felt like beds from a military or mountain cabin dorm. The mattresses were not firm or steady. The bed frame was a weak metal one. Convenient location. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown area. Our room was located at an angle, no neighbors to our left, and no noise from the right or above.

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen - wohlfühlen ist anders. Leider enttäuschend. Zimmer war wirklich gar nicht sauber - Müll war noch drin und die Kissen nicht ordentlich. Hier hat das Housekeeping also mehr als schlampig gearbeitet. Achja - und der Pool sieht auch nicht so , wie auf den Bildern. Personal war freundlich, auch abends noch um 22 Uhr bei unserem späteren Check-In.

Fair Jacuzzi was not working during my stay.
dirty Room was very dirty. Bedding was stained, body hair and bodily fluids all through the bathroom. Room was not cleaned/serviced at all during our stay. When we notified reception there was no apology and rush to get it cleaned. we had to ask for fresh towels and again the next day room was still not cleaned. Location was great, super close to downtown palm springs. Parking at the property was very accessible.
