Disappointing
Decent rooms but spa portion was not in usable state. I didn’t like that on Friday evening with no rain just winds the pool or hot tubs both of them were not cleaned and we were unable to use the jacuzzi/hot tub and felt like a waist of money. Property was nice and clean in the room.

Basic but good value Very basic. Bed frames not sturdy, bathroom was dirty and tub did not drain, would not recommend a room that is street facing due to traffic noise. The staff was nice and quickly addressed issues. Walkable and nice restaurants close by.
Unfortunately will not stay here again. It was quite dated. Some things were updated, but much more needs to be updated. The pipes from upstairs were extremely load at random times, even through the night. Our air conditioner was also extremely loud especially shutting off between cycles. Our bathroom sink leaked all over our floor and it took quite a while to fix ( but the man that fixed it was wonderful) We had to ask to have our room cleaned after that and it didn’t happen. Palm Springs was great! The hotel was 1 star at best, The room was dirty. The room was not what I expected, based on the amount of good reviews and picture on your website. The first shower I took when I stepped out there was a jagged piece of tile. This gave me a cut on my foot When we got the bleeding stopped I went to the office They took an incident report, but they didn't seem to worried about the situation . Bad
Poor Room was very noisy. Could hear everything, everyone walking by - very disturbing to get sleep. Bed was NOT comfortable. They don't allow late check out or bag check. This is the usual for hotels, I had to make alternate arrangements. I WON'T be back. Price point and location.

This hotel is affordable; has big pools that are not crowded but no other amenities or breakfast The atmosphere of the hotel is cold and unwelcoming but at least it was quiet and private. The corridors around the building are poorly lit and undecorated. Our room was dark and far away from the pool. We were told the water was not good to drink???
