Way overpriced for the indifference and lack of thought for someone staying at the hotel. The price is way too high for the attention to details of the needs of a traveler. The plugs in the room are not convenient. The coffee maker has to be brought into the bathroom to use and the bathroom is small with one sink and no counter space. Too expensive with poor service. Very noisy, room dark, lack of smart tv, Pool very dirty so impossible to use. Pity Basically I didn’t like anything Well, not much. It’s not really one hotel but a motel. Room with no double bed, very dark cause window look on the main corridor. We had problem for sleeping cause too noisy and the pool very dirty with many woman hair in it. Overrated

Motel trying to be hotel - failing The built in locks on the doors did not work. Maintenance said this was normal. If you are expecting service don't stay here. The reception was totally indifferent and didn't care at all. Every question we had was answered with no. For example asking for a map of Palm Springs. Not even making the effort to point out sights. The pool area was really nice with day beds and two big pools. The lobby was nicely designed.
