Fair No microwave ( though I was assured it was in the room), I asked for ground floor and was shown to a ground floor when I asked to see a room prior to checking in, very difficult to reach a live person to talk with Location

We do have one in the lobby for guest usage. We strive for better, we take your feedback very seriously and will address the issues immediately.
Disappointing
Stay was decent but not worthy of my time, comfort and tranquility I deserve. Your infrastructure is slipping and your t I am a client that likes to book weeks and in advance, but the last two times I was assigned twice a room facing Palm Canyon Street. The busiest street in Palm Springs the street noise was horrible, disruptive, unpleasant, and loud. Sirens, motorcycle exhibitionist, speeding cars all night. Not Recommended I do not recommend the L3 Oasis Hotel. During our stay from February 17th through February 22nd there were a series of events that you would not expect from a hotel rated four stars. The first occurred on the day we checked in and no one was there at the registration desk from 3:30 until 5:00 pm. The door to the lobby was locked and there were a number of us waiting to check in. We were comfortable and might consider returning. The bathroom needed updating and there was no microwave. The office people were not personable. The television channels were minimal and not user friendly. The room decor was stark and the cheap wall art was unpleasant. The location was close to Palm Springs but far enough away to be quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The complementary shampoo and conditioner was good quality, The Bill Reed restaurant was outstanding and just a short walk away.

Room was clean but a little overpriced. The first impression was not good. I entered the lobby of the hotel which had two buckets collecting water from the leak from two rooms above. The bed frames were a little rickety and made noise when you moved positions. The staff was friendly! The room was clean.

Honest truth The pool/spa were a big grungy.. so we didn't use it. The coffee maker in the room didn't work and the lobby was closed at 7:00 a.m. so bummer no coffee for the morning telecon. Sadly the key card on our door didn't work the next morning, so maintenance was called to open a door so we can get our luggage and check out. But other than that....! The price & location were great!
