One rude and one friendly receptionist One of the receptionist was rude and used condescending tone, while the younger receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Impacted the experience of both, me and my friend as welcoming experiences matter. We form our opinion about places and people within 30seconds and the experience was simply BAD. Clean rooms, easy parking and price offering.

I wouldn’t stay here agin, the photos look far better than the actual site. Some rude and quite unhelpful staff on reception. Large pool area.

Terrible customer service Receptionist kept me on hold for 20 minutes. When I called back she said it was because she was busy and put me on hold again. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional! I will not be staying there again.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Leider hat das Badezimmer nicht dem entsprochen wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird und es war sehr alt im Vergleich zu dem anderen Raum. Der Fußboden war leider auch sehr schmutzig. Es konnte zudem kein Frühstück gebucht werden, da das Hotel keines angeboten hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Si può fare di più Rapporto qualità prezzo comparato con altre strutture in zona non è il top. Pensavo in una struttura migliore rispetto ad altre ma le mie aspettative non sono state soddisfatte

Would not stay here again. The drain to the tub didn’t stay open. You provide a big fridge but no microwave. The bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dingy..the pipes made noise when you turned on the bathroom sink. Location

Rude staff , they might charge you wrongfully if you get sick in bathroom I stayed here for one night only , unfortunately I got sick and I threw up in the bathroom but couldn’t put the toilet seat up . There was not paper towel to clean up . I informed the front desk when I left . Now I found out they charged my card $350 for cleaning up the bathroom and when I asked them to send me the evidence of the cleaning company they brought in they were rude .
