Bad The elevator was broken, the rooms were dirty and had roaches and it smelled in the stairs like urine. The night attendant was not helpful at all and even tried to give a plunger to one of my friends when she told him the public toilet was clogged. That it was close to everything we needed . And the parking manager was very helpful

We will never go back to that hotel. Awful stay. -0 The elevator would work when it wanted. Had to take our luggage up four flights of stairs. Our room smelled liked urine and weed. Lobby bathrooms were clogged up and staff member brought us a plunger to do it ourselves. The hotel needs a big time facelift. We will longer stay at that location when going to Austin. Also lobby furniture smells. The only good thing about our stay was the valet person Conner he was so friendly and helpful.

Sinistre et glauque La saleté ! Crasse sur les murs , ascenseur en panne, flaque d’urine dans les escaliers. Plumes ou morceau d’oiseau par terre. Coin café peu engageant. Personnel peu avenant ( le matin) un jeune plus aimable le soir. Rien . La chambre était propre. C’est une banalité mais au vu de l’extérieur c’était une bonne surprise

We checked in at 1600 hours and dropped our belongings off, we then left the room for dinner and groceries and returned The room was not cleaned, wall paper was peeling, mold in the shower and we observed 5-6 roaches in the room during the 2-3 hours she actually spent in the room. The only think likable would be the staff and price.

Ugh It’s probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the last three years It’s dingy dirty and parking is $32/day
