I am due a refund for the inability to stay in this hotel and the horrible service received. The room nor bathroom was not cleaned from previous guests as we found stains on bed, walls, toilet and shower. Staff was not able to provide us with any housekeeping or another room. Nothing, I was only there for 20 minutes and had to leave.

Ummm not so Good The hotel didn't have breakfast, hot tub didn't work, iron board broken, needed another lamp the room was so dark, couch ripped up and the room was dirty, dusty. The location and choices of food around.

Bad sketchy people doing transaction right outside! property does NOT match description. I didn’t stay there! because we were afraid of the area. the place was dirty filthy. man on receptionist was rude! they offer parking lot but is only for like ten cars. the area is horrible! I didn’t even stay because we were afraid to.
