Need to improve a lot Dirty hotel. Dirty carpets. Elevator with broken buttons. It looks like a hotel that is about to go bankrupt. The location, next to Metrô.

A very bad experience! The room is dirty. The bathroom is unclean. Not all the lights are working. Th reception guy was rude and unhelpful. It is not a place for humans or animals to stay in. I am not recommending it to anyone.

Very Poor location proper wasn't clean, one of their staff in the reception name IMRAN is very nice given very good customer service,
