Disappointing
Very basic, clean room for an overnight at a decent price. We had a broken tv that staff said they couldn’t help with and we couldn’t get extra pillows because the desk clerk said he could get any because housekeeping had gone home for the night. the room was clean. The room also had a refrigerator that worked well.

Disappointing
Not happy The staff was very rude Made it seen like we were and inconvenience to them even when just asking questions. They also don't speak into the mic at the front desk so u cant hear them I loved it cuz its out of down town and is affordable

Fair No limpiaban la habitación, el colchón estaba en mal estado y la habitación en general muy regular. A pesar de esto, la ubicación es muy buena y tiene acceso a metro a menos de dos cuadras.

Bad El lugar es super sucio, las habitaciones super pequenas

great location, and easy access to train. But very DIRTY DISGUSTING!!! rooms were old and dingy, musty, bath rooms covered in mold. Doors would not open, kept having to go to front desk for new keys. literally took almost 20 min to open the doors. This location definitely needs update and a deep clean, it’s disgusting. DEEP CLEAN PLEASE!!! only thing good about this place was the location.
