Please see the above note Everything The bathroom sink did not drain, the personnel was not capable to fix the problem. He said he could not give us another room. We had to leave the location and book ourselves in another hotel. I asked for the manager, he refused to give me his phone number, I asked for a refund and he said to call the office the next day. I called a few times at the number provided on the website but no one ever answered and the answering machine would not accept messages. I would like to get a full refund... read more

Incómoda Falta de limpieza diaria, incluyendo cambio de toallas. Vista a un parqueo sucio. No había control para la tv. Muebles desgastados y sucios, sin mantenimiento. Una lampara no funcionaba. Poca cordialidad del personal del counter. No hablan español ni intentan entender, podrían tener un app traductor. No funcionaba el teléfono para comunicarse con el counter. No lo recomiendo.
