definitely the worst place I’ve stayed. have no compassion towards their guests. had the worst experience with the front the racist front desk clerks, the disgusting bathrooms and public lobby, the bugs in my bed, the unwelcoming feel McDonald’s being across the street

Fair The bed was bad. I couldn't use the shower in the bathroom to bath. Location was good and the staff are not bad.

book hotel at last minute because we reached late. Few staff are very friendly and helpful but some are very arrogant th not for young people.

Good location and value for money The room wasn't that clean when we arrived and the shower wasn't very powerful. Also there was no breakfast as advertised. Good location in heart of Queens and good value for money
