I will never forget it bc it was so bad. No working elevator,dirty bath, broken shower, pink scum around tub, broken vanity in bathroom, working, but broken exterior of AC. Staff that did not address my questions. I did not feel safe with my children as I saw multiple people coming and going in the stairwells from a side entrance. Has anyone visited this hotel at your office? It is awful and was my first experience with booking.com.
