Poor No machine coffee .no water heater no breakfast . Noisy Property
Very very dirty hotel. This isn't like a typical La Quinta. The room is very dusty. Coffee maker in the room is disgusting and obviously not cleaned (very dusty inside and out). Air conditioner emitted funny smell, so I had to open the window to let fresh and cooler air in. But then, it let outside noise got inside the room. Most unbelievable finding - sticky hair in the toilet mirror.. Oh my, this is by far the dirtiest facility I have ever been. Dirty, nasty and disgusting. I asked for a 10am check-in and arrived about that time. I was told I would have to wait until 3pm. So I came back at three and still had to wait until 3:47 to check in so they could “clean it”. The room did not appear clean at all. The sheets and towels were washed and beds were made, but mirrors had little spots on them and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Very Poor The room was so dirty: washrooms, carpet, bed sheets, there were cigarettes and used napkins in the drawers from the nightstands. The client service was so bad. The receptionist was yelling to the customers. .

cómodo, instalaciones descuidadas, pésimo servicio del recepcionista de la madrugada. el personal, sobre todo el de la noche que me quede fue extremadamente grosero. Me dijo que no podía reservar por booking después de la 1 de la mañana, se desesperaba me hablaba muy igualado.
