Stop charging for a run down hotel that is disgusting poor condition and smells of smoke. The room is right next to the train passing by all day and night. The room had duct tape at the bottom of the sink so anytime you washed your hands all the water ran out on the floor. I told the front desk this is unacceptable and they came to the room and said people broke the sink so when the garbage can fills up dump it in the toilet. My family had to wash our hands in the bathtub and had to use the trash can in the room. Nothing

Eckelhaft ALLES! Die Zimmer waren dreckig - angeblich gab es aufgrund von Corona keinen Zimmerservice - der Zimmerservice kann dann allerdings auch die letzten zwei Jahre nicht stattgefunden haben, so widerlich wie die Zimmer waren. Das Mobiliar ist alt und abgenutzt, in den Ecken Wollmäuse und anderer Dreck, Das Bett, bzw. Bettzeug siffig. Auf die Frage nach neuen Handtüchern - es gab nur zwei und keine Badematte - mussten wir zwei Tage warten. Einen Tag kam nur braunes Wasser aus der Dusche. Find Elsewhere You can not use your room key to get into your room the swipers do not work. We stayed two nights and they knew nobody's was working and just refuse to fix it. We had to be let in every time. Room was filthy. Bathroom moldy sheets gross, shower had no shower head. The parking lot is very few spaces do not consider that a selling point as they were taken completely the one night.

Only good thing is location. The room was not clean. Things we’re broken. It smelled. Very small. Had to carry luggage to second floor with bad knee. Handicap elevator wasn’t working. Place is cramped. Cards to open door would never work. Unstable and dirty building. The location. Near walking distance restaurants. The train station 2 blocks away. Free parking.

I was forced to find a hotel because every flight from LGA was cancelled. It met that basic need. The door battery was dead. The only employee had to open my room with his key whenever I came in. The elevator has broken buttons. The clerk was behind plexiglass, and I had to speak/hear thru to pass-thru. The was a speaker system but I assume it was broken. No es un buen hotel. La conexión a wifi no funcionó pra ninguno de mis dispositivos. Fue muy complicado conseguir una toalla extra. La persona del front desk fue bastante grosera e indiferente del mal servicio que el hotel brinda. La ubicación es buena. La cama es cómoda pero las sábanas estaban sucias y rotas. No limpian la habitación y además nos la entregaron muy sucia. Es a 5 minutos caminando de una estación del metro.
