bad experience staff wasn’t good, door keys weren’t working each time you have to come to reception and reception person come to your room and open with manual key, no room cleaning service at all in 10 days stay location

Disappointing The stay was cold, dusty, and stressful. Hotel facility is breaking down need major repairs inside rooms and out. I liked the location. I also enjoyed the restaurant nearby.

no other comments. bad toilet..bad odor..bad mattresses..no clean towel or linens.. But what can you say, if had known I would have stayed some other place. the location.

Bad Room keys did not work, had to be let in my staff, check in was a nightmare took forever, elevator button broke, facility filthy, mold on bathroom ceiling, no shower head. Room service non existent

Poor My key didn't work. I had to request a new one every time. I was shocked when the reception staff gave me a new one every time without even asking for an ID. I didn't feel safe at all. People were yelling at night. The shower didn't work and there were hairs in the bathtub. It is close to a subway station.
