Disappointing ..Todos los clientes se quejaban...Estuve 5 noches nunca funcionaron las tarjetas para abrir la habitación, Las luces se apagan cada 5 minutos tienen timer Me. Confirmaron desayuno para 4 :falso No limpian el. Cuarto Ubicacion

Not exciting The room was never cleaned or beddings changed for the duration of my stay. some staff were unfriendly. I would also like to inform you that I am Alice not Rebecca The arrangement in the Room was satisfactory. The only problem was the stuffiness from the carpet.

L’horreur 1.endroit insalubre : cheveux dans le lit, cheveux dans la douche, nourriture au sol, poubelles non vidées, toilette salle, poussière ++, taches au mur 2.Personnel peu aidant : nous avons demandé un remboursement pour insalubrité qui nous a été refusé! Bad experience Water supply disconnected at bathroom, No breakfast, no microwave oven, carpet is not cleaned, with babies you should not prefer. It's difficult for him to boil milk/ heat the food. Location advantage for the commute to NY using metro or cab

Disappointed The front desk guy is so incompetent. He doesn't know what he was doing. First he gave me a room key Rm 528. I opened the door & I was shocked because the room was occupied. Imagine if i was a thief? Smh...Then 2nd room#510 key didn't open. The older guy went up with me to open the door using the master key. As soon as he open the door, the room wasn't clean as if someone just checked out. Finally, after 3rd try I was settled down in room 310. I was so exhausted & angry. The guy wasn't even apologetic.
