The front desk staff, particularly the front office manager, demonstrated exceptional customer service during my stay at this property. However, regrettably, I experienced several issues during my visit that have left me with an overall negative impression of the establishment. This was my second stay at this location, and on both occasions, I encountered problems. There was not enough guest parking at night. Had to park on a muddy road to the side of the building. Room service by request only. Bed was broken on one side.

The place is fine. Over priced. I am livid however they charged me 840. For a ONE NIGHT stay. I called and the person put in my amount as as my room number instead of the correct room amount of 200. This made my bank account go in negative. The GM apologizes and send a letter to help get money back earlier but I still am negative in my account. Very inconvenient. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS.

Great location. Our room came with hair in the sheets and sunflower seeds. Poor front desk was left sólo while manager was missing. She was able to find us a cleaner room to stay in, but on the way out, a wire from the mattress was sticking out and snagged my jeans. Glad that wasn’t my son’s eye. Completely unacceptable.

The room smelt like an old bowling ally after years of smoking took place in the room. On top of that the air didn’t work and the room was hot. The hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Had a musty, moldy, damp, urine smell. Our sheets had yellow stains all over them. We called the front desk multiple times and they said to come down and see the manager but we could never find him. They handed us new sheets to put on ourselves. Will never come back.

I did like the proximity to the main areas but the place is dirty. only one elevator working, our door had very wide cracks.

The room was extremely dirty. There was hair and trash in the bathroom floor. The ac units had several months worth of dust caked on top and dried mud on the floor next to unit in the sitting area. If you plan on watching tv take some binoculars. The tv is so small and so far away from the bed we had to squint just to be able to see. There’s only one elevator that works meaning when I needed to go up to my floor I’d be stuck waiting for the elevator for upwards of 5 minutes.
