Room 433 bed was horrible. Got have slept in a hammock better.

Not clean very hard to access highway. Employees not friendly. Dressed in shorts and no shoes

Worse experience while staying away. Yes the room was clean and also the lobby how ever we checked in on Thursday August 1st and we woke up at 1:30am on August 2nd to so many bites in our body we turned the lights on and check the beds and they were both full of bedbugs. My husband, children and I got so many bites all over our backs and arms. I walked to the lobby and spoke to the person who was there and showed one that I caught in a cup she didn’t have any reaction she did say she was going to check for another room I tol... read more

This is not an indication of cleanliness, but rather the busyness of this property. Certain insects travel on baggage and are brought in by other travelers and we are quick to deal with such incidents with professional extermination services.

We reserved and paid for an executive room with park view through Expedia but were told at the hotel that combo isn't available. So ended up with a view of parking lot. Staff was not accomodating about it and Expedia was worthless even though it advertised something that didn't exist. Got no money back or an upgrade from either. Plus, the hot water didn't work in the first room and had to move to a different parking lot room. No consideration from hotel for that issue either.

The A/C was not working properly. Was constantly cutting off.

The lady at the counter at Checking time 8 pm was so flat. Not even good evening she was like bother by our presence Room was nice and clean. Bathroom lovely Nice pool area Excellent breakfast

Air conditioner was not working and once i reported it to front desk maintance immediately came up to room to fix it:)
