I asked for non smoking room. The room Smelled like smoke. The sheets didn’t looked washed, they were badly wrinkled like they hadn’t been cleaned or washed. Breakfast was horrible, barely any food out, everything was completely gone or completely picked out. Very dissatisfied!

During the COVID-19 crisis we are offering a very limited breakfast that is not our normal fare. So sorry that you were not able to enjoy what was available. The bed and pillows were the worst we have ever experienced! Extremely uncomfortable! For the price we expected better.
There was no hot water for the shower. We called the front desk and the boiler broke

Property is adjacent to Six Flag. My family and I haven’t got any rest like we supposed to. Our room was near by the elevator and the fire alarm goes off 10 times early morning. We were on the 6th floor and had to take the stairs round trip to our room. We check out before noon.

So loud, we were on the second floor and we could hear so much chatter from the lobby it was nuts. None of us got any sleep because of the noise level. We weren’t even close to the elevators or anything and it was super loud.

When we checked in our air conditioner was not working and you could tell it hadn’t been on in awhile since it was so muggy in the room. Maintenance came and messed with it to come on shortly after it went out again. We went to a concert and was gone about 5 hours came back and it was still not working. The lady at the front desk was rude when she came up to look at it and told us it was just froze. We were not able to get a new room so the air was just off and on. The room stayed hot.
