Room floor was dirty and had leftover candy from previous guest. Couches were dirty. Lamps were missing light bulbs.

They charged me a 250$ smoke fee for burning candles and incense

We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Our smoking damages fees are outlined at check in. For the sake of our other guests it is necessary to fumigate any room that has been smoked in and this is an arduous process. Thank you for your understanding.

The beds were uncomfortable for everyone in my family. The water coming out of the sink was brown. There was an empty pop bottle behind the TV stand, an empty razor blade box under the sink, a used incense stick on a light with burn marks, crusty spots on the dresser drawers. Service was minimal at the front desk.

We have stayed in many hotels , but not like this one . 1.slow bad service the moment you walk in 2.Breakfast theres is nothing much to get just cereal egg and certain amount of sausage and waffle but is gone fast . 3.They start picking up what ever is left of food 15 to 20 minutes earlier. 4.If things runout they dont bring refill anymore.basically first comes first serves 5.No one is out there to assist during that time tables are dirty. 6.Dissapointed.if anyone goes with kids dont go there. .

When flushing water would leak from shower head. You could hear everything outside your door. Room wouldn’t stay cold.

The pool was pretty dirty, no towels, the breakfast situation was awful. There was a line 20 deep for the waffle station. And the eggs and sausage were empty. They only had half a bin of each, and nothing else of anything available. We ended up going out and spending $50 on a breakfast that should’ve been free at the hotel.

I am still waiting for a call or something from the manager or Expedia about the uncleanliness of the rooms. I have pictures! The lack of professionalism of your day staff and unwillingness to correct the issue is why I rated this hotel as low as I did.
