The hotel was overbooked and we were traveling with our 19 month old daughter. They were unable to give us the room we booked and did not have any cribs. We had to rearrange our room to make it safe for our child and when we rearranged the furniture we found it was hiding dirt.

Check-in was long. There was a line and 3 people working. Instead of helping the line, one guy got on his phone and then walked off. The other guy just stood there until you approached him. Our room was hot. When we called down to complain, the lady working said she was the only one here that night and could not fix the issue until Sunday, which is when we were checking out. The front desk clerk must of been in a bad mood, she was a little rude on check in and checkout. There were a couple of roaches in my room. I did like the oberall look of Hotel and location.

The hot tub had hair and diaper parts floating in it. We asked for a roll away bed but it never came nor dis anyone contact us to why.

I wish I could say this Laquita stay was as good as other ones, but sadly it wasn’t. We went to Dallas for the Toby MAC concert and it was one thing after another with our one night stay. We called @2pm on the drive from San Antonio to check in and reserve our room but the lady on the phone said we couldn’t. Then we get to the hotel after the concert and they’ve given away the room we booked (& needed for our 6 person family) of course we didn’t find this out until we went up to our room to find it was missing a pull out cou... read more
