Bar was closed “for the season”. Night staff lady was rude
I didn't stay at this hotel yet they charged me. straight bull crap

Lobby was disgusting. No clerk at the check in. Waited 20 minutes before someone showed up. Hair on the comforter, used face mask next to nightstand. Adults yelling and running in the hallway at 4am.
Filthy building and grounds. Not well kept in or outside. Crummy drinks, crummy food at bar. Seemed like many residents were being housed for some type of rehab or something. Observed several getting food/drink on vouchers. Room was dirty, beds uncomfortable, bath drain didn't work. Shame on you, La Quinta. Oh, and totally sketch neighborhood.

BED BUGS. Do not stay here. They traveled home in our luggage and I had to spend $2400 to fumigate our house. I should’ve read the reviews. They have a history of bed bugs. STAY AWAY

Staff was no wearing masks. Terrible installations and service.
We stayed an aditional night.staff did not clean or room while we were gone. Did not received clean towels or new toilet tissue. Had to go to lobby and get this because they were under staff. Front desk was also taking care of bar. Bathroom door was falling off looked like they attempted to repair in the past

Across the street from Six Flags-Arlington. Had to wait over 5 min for the front desk person & I was 3rd in line to check in

Came here to stay the night since we had no electricity. We had power up until 7 or 8 pm then the lights went out. Either way me and the family slept in the cold. When I go to check out I ask if a discount is being offered since there was no electricity all night. I was just told flat out no. Who wants to pay for a hotel with no electricity. Absolutely ridiculous.
